Liz Eaton - Practice Director
Liz Eaton Practice Director

Having started her career on reception Liz feels she has a good understanding of all areas within the practice.

Liz’s daily duties change so quickly that life is always hectic and never boring, although these days she does more paper work than ever. Since Tom and Liz were married in June 2014, she has started working towards the Practice Administration Certificate and hopes to also complete a Veterinary Practice Managers award. Liz has been working hard on practice updates and often wishes she had more hours in a day.

At home Liz and Tom have three ponies; Albert the cob, Glitter an elderly Welsh Section A with Cushings Disease and Soldier on a long term loan from her good friends next door. She also have two donkeys, Patrick and Precious. Patrick had colic surgery some years ago, but is doing well now. The three Flatcoat Retrievers; Morse, Lancerlot and latest edition Piper are shown regularly. The menagerie is completed by two geese, two rabbits a number of chickens and a parrot.

Most of the very little spare time Liz has, is spent with her dogs walking and when possible Tom!

Although some days are stressful she is so glad to have a job she genuinely loves and is lucky to work with a great team of caring vets, and hard-working people.

Not being a vet and running the practice gives Liz a vision of how she wants her animals to be cared for, keeping that vision allows her to guide the practice to offer the fantastic care package we all need for our pets
